ThirdQuarter helps connect Canadians aged 50 and up to job and volunteer opportunities that match their wide range of experience and skills.

By registering on ThirdQuarter.ca, individuals use an interactive questionnaire to identify the skills they've gained from previous work, hobbies and community service.

Businesses and volunteer organizations determine their job and skill needs and post full-time, part-time, and casual or contract jobs.

The website then matches individuals' skills and experience with job opportunities and alerts individuals, opening the door for them to connect with firms.
