ThirdQuarter 2.0 to be released May 17
New tools for better job searching and matching.
On May 17, an important upgrade to the ThirdQuarter website will be released.
ThirdQuarter 2.0 will provide new and more detailed essential skills description and analytical tools.
Firms will be able to create more specific job descriptions tailored to their needs. The result will be more effective matching of firms' jobs to the individuals' profiles.
Individuals will now have the possibility of creating and printing their resumes. Firms will be able to design and produce job descriptions for a wide range of human resource needs.
"This upgrade has long been part of the project's plans," said Bill Smith, national project director. "We took our time to listen to our registered individual and business users. We worked with essential skills experts and we tested the new features."
"It is now time to bring those tools to work at matching ThirdQuarter workers with businesses in our pilot communities."
